Training is...

Perfect coaching is to teach. allow athletes to reach and maximize their ultimate performance potential.

By balancing the structural and biomechanical aspects of both the body and the body’s function within sport, the atlete develops a one of a kind balance, which will therefore optimize the athlete’s performance.

The  training methods designed to provide optimal speed, movement, explosion, balance, power, functional strength, core stability and recovery are extremely unique.  Each training session should be and will be, adapted to the athletes skills/weaknesses and more importantly adapted to the specific sport.

Everyday athletes get better. The Goal is not only to get the athlete better, but to give the athlete a clear understanding in his or her true capabilities.

Combine this with outstanding nutrition guidelines, rehabilitation,  experienced mentorship and you’ll see why no one else compares.

From the Coach...

"I was given a rare gift growing up, as a young athlete. I was one of the few, perhaps in the world, that  played hockey, tennis, soccer, football, baseball, basketball and track and field... Reaching Jr level for each sport, and reaching pro level in Football and track and field. I've been through enough battles, success and failures, many championships and sometimes, disapointments. The life of an athlete is far from being a walk in the park. One thing I got out of all my experience is that its always about the timing and opportunities. Every athlete looks for that one thing, an opportunity... It always comes down to that one moment. When that moment comes, you better be prepared and ready. And that's exactly what I'm good at... To succeed.

I now understand what my journey was about. To share and help those who seek the next level and are not affraid to put in the work.

I've been through enough that there's no reason for me to fail you.

  •     The Harsh Reality is: The Opponent.

"In today's high level of expectation and Competition, conventional training that use to work back then, may be irrelevant to the modern athlete."

.The ultimate training is when the coach can push the athlete a t competition pace, and intensity. The tempo and techniques should be integrated if possible.

Too many times, we see the athlete training at 3/4 speed or 3/4 of potential, looking good and pretty, only to find out on competion day, a rude awakening on how the opponent is much faster and stronger.

An athlete should always be trained like its competition, and the job of a great coach is to expose the reality to athlete. Expose to the athlete what the opponent is like and more.

Success comes when the Coach adapts what he or she is working to the current competition level. And this is what's called  "The Reality"... or the 411...
