1. Tennis is a Game of Rhythm and Flow,
and to find a way to set the opponent such
as in Boxing.


2. STOP Trying to Hit the ball and Start Thinking about Whipping the Ball. Find a tree, find a medium stick. Start Hitting the tree, then start Whipping. You will see that your arm action Naturally changes.
3. NO FOOTWORK NO GAME! If you can't get to the ball, your game will be obsolete at one point in the match, don't care who are.
4. To Avoid UE's (Unforced Errors), at impact with the ball, get Down and Stay Down till after impact. Keep your waist below the Let Tape.
5. Velocity comes from Core (torso rotation). Ball Weight comes from Arm Whip. Power comes from Gluts and Legs.
Direction Comes from Hip Angles. Accuracy comes from Forearm and Wrist actions.
6. You need Strong Groins for Lateral movements. Strong Calves to Flow on the Court, no business being on your heels. Strong Quads for Forward and Cardio movements. And Strong Gluts to Load on the ball.
7. Smoking ACES. For Thunder Serves, work on lower back/Torso for the bend (Increasing the Torque Tension. Your Oblique Muscles (Release of the Torque).
Your Triceps Muscles (For The Whip on Impact). And Strong Shoulder (Increase Racquet Speed Turnover).
8. FORWHAND/BACKHAND.
Forehand: You need a Strong Grip, Strong Flexors for Exploding Flat Balls, Strong Extensors for Heavy Top Spins.
One-handed Backhand: Strong Side Deltoid (Shoulder) for Racquet Pop And Extension. And Strong Oblique Muscles.
Two -handed Backhand: Strong Flexors, Technique (Weight-Shifting), and Strong Torso Rotation.
9. Stop Lunging or Stretching at the Net for Volleys and Start Moving your Feet! Eliminate useless UE's.
10. FLXIBILITY-FLEXIBILITY.
People say the racquet is an extension of your Arm. Wrong! I teach my Athletes that the racquet is an Extension of Your Body.
Without Flexibility, you body is Stiff, so will your Shot!
11. CARDIO-CARDIO-CARDIO.
7-6, 6-7, 7-6... And That could be your 1st Match!
